Our Attorney

Sarah Parks is the founder and principal of Custom Estate Planning. She graduated from George Mason School of Law (Arlington, Virginia) and joined the Virginia State Bar in 1993. Sarah also has an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (Washington, DC).

Sarah founded Custom Estate Planning in 1995. The focus of her practice has been making estate planning understandable and available to everyone who wants a solid estate plan. Sarah is committed to spending the time with each client to acquaint herself with the client’s family situation, financial situation and estate planning goals so that the plan she develops for the client will meet the client’s needs. Sarah is also committed to being certain the client understands the estate planning options available for the client’s unique situation and help the client make the best possible choices from those available options.

Sarah is a regular instructor for Encore Learning in Arlington, the Osher Lifetime Learning Institute (OLLI) in Fairfax and Lifetime Learning in Annandale.
